Pathways to Adult Living (PAL)

Located at the Berks County Intermediate Unit Main Office, the Pathways to Adult Living (PAL) program offers secondary students with disabilities school-based vocational training. PAL is the link between setting goals and realizing them. This program provides students with the skills necessary to successfully transition from school to the adult world.

Threshold Rehabilitation Services

Threshold offers a range of Pre-Vocational and Employment services rendered by Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certified Vocational Specialists and Employment Specialists. Services offered include introductory-level supports in a structured setting to fully integrated support to achieve and maintain competitive, integrated employment.

Positively Produced Foundation

Positively Produced helps businesses understand the benefits of employing adults with autism and assists in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process. Additional training support is available as needed.
