Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA

Art Therapy

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Counseling Services

Counseling Services provide emotional and mental health support for individuals and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, social difficulties, and life transitions. Many counselors offer autism-informed approaches, helping individuals build coping skills, improve self-awareness, and strengthen relationships in a safe, supportive environment.

Floortime/DIR

Floortime is a play-based therapy that focuses on building social-emotional skills through child-led interactions. Therapists and caregivers engage in activities that encourage communication, problem-solving, and emotional connection in a natural, supportive way.

Hippotherapy, Equine Assisted Therapy & Therapeutic Riding

Interacting with horses can support physical, emotional, and social development. Hippotherapy is clinician-led, using horseback movement to improve motor and sensory skills. Equine-assisted therapy incorporates horse-related activities for emotional and physical well-being, sometimes involving licensed therapists. Occupational Therapy

Helps develop daily living, motor, and sensory processing skills to improve independence and participation in everyday activities. OT can support autistic individuals with self-care, handwriting, emotional regulation, and sensory integration through structured, individualized therapy.

Parent Coaching

Structured, evidence-based services that help caregivers develop effective strategies to support their child’s development and behavior. It promotes skill-building, reduces stress, and improves outcomes through guided collaboration.

Physical Therapy

Focuses on improving strength, coordination, balance, and motor skills to enhance mobility and daily functioning. For autistic individuals, PT can help with posture, endurance, and sensory-motor challenges through targeted exercises and movement-based activities.

Speech/Language Therapy

Helps develop communication skills, including speech, language, and social interactions. For autistic individuals, SLT can support verbal and nonverbal communication, articulation, comprehension, and pragmatic language skills to improve everyday interactions.
